My name is Supreet. I live in Calgary, Canada with my husband and two kids. By background, I am an engineer but I gave that up in 2014 because it wasn’t my passion. I transitioned my career into leadership training and later became a content creator.
I try to live my life following my curiosity. I love discussions around life, philosophy and spirituality. I am very curious about metaphysical, mystical and esoteric (so-called “woo-woo”) stuff. 😀
I believe that the purpose of life is to grow and learn. If you’re not growing, you’re not living. There is a lot that I have learned about personal development and growth through experience, hundreds of self-help books, podcasts and personal development courses.
